Professional Marketing Manager – Andean Region

About the role

The Professional Marketing Manager (Andina) will lead professional communication, digital engagement, and go‑to‑market strategies for Colgate‑Palmolive’s Oral Care portfolio across the Andean region. Acting as the bridge between global guidelines and local commercial priorities, you will shape content, drive omnichannel digital initiatives, and manage key dental conventions and KOL partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and develop region‑specific detailing materials and communication assets for the field force.
• Lead the professional digital ecosystem (websites, CRM, social media) and build a network of digital dental influencers.
• Design and execute internal and external communication strategies for major dental conventions, scientific associations, and KOL collaborations.
• Create demand‑generation programs, including sampling, in‑office branding, and "chair‑to‑sink" pharmacy conversion initiatives.
• Secure, manage, and present budgets for advertising and professional initiatives while monitoring competitor activity.
• Utilize syndicated data, analytics, and AI to identify growth opportunities and define the AI roadmap for the professional area.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Proven ability to translate global and divisional guidelines into local market actions.
• Experience managing budgets and presenting business cases to senior leadership.
