Program & Project Management Specialist

About the role

The Program & Project Management Specialist will join Accenture's Technology for Operations team in Bogota, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients build intelligent operating models. You will work closely with sales, offering and delivery teams to design and implement innovative, secure technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and solve moderately complex problems, creating new solutions or adapting existing methods.
• Understand and align with senior management’s strategic direction for team goals.
• Interact with supervisors, peers, and client or Accenture management levels as required.
• Provide guidance on methods and procedures for new assignments.
• Make decisions that impact the team and manage small teams or work efforts.
• Support major sub‑deals such as Application Hosting Operations, Infrastructure Management, and Intelligent Automation.
• Plan, organize and oversee project execution within defined scope, timeline and budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7‑11 years of relevant experience.
• Spanish proficiency at B2 level and English at A2 level.
• Ability to work rotational shifts if needed.
