Project Finance Analyst – Remote (Colombia)

About the role

Cytel is seeking a Project Finance Analyst to support its project teams financially while contributing to the organization’s broader financial objectives. This fully remote position focuses on studies based in Colombia and serves as the finance lead for each assigned project.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with project teams to provide forecasting support, including input, review, and analysis of the forecasting tool.
• Manage invoicing and cash‑flow activities for assigned studies, monitoring cash positions and recommending improvements.
• Validate financial system setups to ensure studies are correctly configured in master systems.
• Review monthly project finances with project managers, identify issues, and propose corrective actions to mitigate cost overruns.
• Align resourcing with forecasted contracted hours and support client and internal reporting needs.
• Collaborate with internal leadership to address financial risks, escalations, and resolutions.
