Project Finance Analyst – Remote (Colombia)

About the role

Cytel is seeking a Project Finance Analyst to support its project teams financially while contributing to the company’s broader financial objectives. This remote position is based in Colombia and will act as the finance lead for assigned studies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with project teams to provide forecasting support, including input, review, and analysis of forecasting tools.
• Manage invoicing and cash‑flow monitoring for all assigned studies, reviewing cash positions and recommending improvements.
• Validate financial system setups and ensure master data is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Review monthly project finances with project managers, identify issues, and propose corrective actions to mitigate cost overruns.
• Align resourcing with project forecasts and support client/internal reporting needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to address financial risks, escalations, and resolutions.
