Project Management Client Team Lead – Linguistic Validation

About the role

The Project Management Client Team Lead for Linguistic Validation (LV) is a key member of RWS’s Business Transformation Office. Reporting to the LV Project Management Supervisor, the role serves as the primary client contact and first‑level escalation point, ensuring day‑to‑day project activities meet production, budgetary and KPI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily project execution for assigned client accounts, monitoring timelines, budgets and key performance indicators.
• Analyse trends, identify emerging business issues and convene regular team meetings to address them.
• Apply problem‑solving skills to uncover system gaps, propose development areas and recommend actionable solutions.
• Lead or contribute to special projects focused on client‑centric process improvements.
• Collaborate with the account management team to target growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, acting as the escalation point for issues and ensuring timely resolution.

Required profile

• Experience in project management within a client‑facing environment, preferably in regulated or clinical sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
