Project Manager – Advertising & Marketing

About the role

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Project Manager to lead advertising and marketing projects in Bogotá. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project billing processes and financial tracking.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while driving continuous improvement.
• Track progress to ensure objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Organize meetings, assign tasks, and monitor performance indicators.
• Maintain ongoing client communication and provide regular status updates.
• Manage intake, review, and execution of project briefs.
• Incorporate client feedback into workflows and conduct post‑project evaluations.
• Present campaign results and performance KPIs to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
