Project Manager – Agency (Colombia)

About the role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Manager to lead multiple client projects in Colombia. You will coordinate teams, manage timelines and ensure clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams and external partners.
• Use Asana (or similar tools) to track tasks, monitor progress and maintain accountability.
• Document approvals, feedback, meeting notes and status updates.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, designers and implementers to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Identify potential roadblocks and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Validate that all deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards before final delivery.
• Lead weekly client meetings to provide updates, gather feedback and align priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project‑management experience, preferably in an agency or client‑facing environment.
• Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and high attention to detail.
• Experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing or creative agencies is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Asana or comparable project‑management platforms.
• Familiarity with Monday.com and Google Business tools.
