Project Manager – Complex Projects & Programme Delivery

About the role

TMF Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects and programmes across its global administrative services business. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, cost and quality expectations while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the delivery of complex projects and programmes, aligning with defined scope, timeline, budget and quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, resources, timelines and inter‑dependencies, and manage execution across multiple workstreams.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and senior stakeholders, managing expectations, resolving issues and providing strategic insights.
• Proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks, manage escalations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage project budgets, track performance against KPIs and ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Maintain high‑quality reporting and governance documentation, ensuring transparency for leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining processes, tools and delivery models and contributing to best‑practice standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as business, technology or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience delivering complex projects in a matrix environment.
• At least 3 years of experience in a project management role within the global services sector.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Commercial and financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, costs and performance indicators.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile PM) are a plus.
