Project Manager, Disputes (Analyst)

About the role

Visa is seeking a Project Manager, Disputes (Analyst) to support and deliver global disputes initiatives. You will partner with project leads, define and validate business and technical requirements, and ensure projects are executed accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Global Disputes subject‑matter expert for existing and new initiatives (e.g., VDCM, BAUs, Dispute Acceleration).
• Collaborate with project leads to gather, define, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Back‑up project leads in meetings, communications, and decision‑making processes.
• Review and validate project outputs, support testing activities, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities; develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams—including product, technology, risk, compliance, and operations—to align projects with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate change‑management forums and stay current on industry trends and Visa operating regulations.
• Analyze processing problems with customer impact and communicate status to processing teams.

Required profile

• Strong digital fluency and ability to work with emerging technologies.
• Experience collaborating in matrixed, cross‑functional environments.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when required.
