Project Manager for Complex Business Solutions

About the role

PXP Studios is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, long‑duration projects that deliver operational business solutions for Publicis Groupe clients. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, manage multiple tracks and teams, and support senior stakeholder communities across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Establish trust‑based relationships with offshore and onshore team members and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Own project documentation, propose improvements, and actively participate in estimations, risk assessments, and status reporting.
• Drive knowledge transfer, ramp up new members, and manage difficult situations by seeking proactive solutions.
• Develop and implement innovative business process workflows and next‑generation technologies for Publicis clients.
• Participate in performance management programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or technical degree in Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within related fields.
• Certification in PMI (CAPM, PMP), Agile (Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe) or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies: Waterfall and Agile.
• PMI, Agile and Lean Six Sigma certifications (optional but valued).
• Proficiency with Office tools, Project Management software and digital marketing platforms.
