Project Manager – Global Content Team

About the role

The Global Content team at NIQ creates data‑driven insights for CPG and Tech & Durables manufacturers and retailers worldwide. We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of content initiatives across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows for all Global Content projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Commercial, and Data teams to align project goals and requirements.
• Track progress across concurrent initiatives, identify risks, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Facilitate project kick‑offs, status updates, and post‑mortems with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain project documentation, including briefs, schedules, activation decks, and stakeholder communications.
• Activate published content on NIQ.com, social media, email campaigns, webinars, and executive roundtables.
• Ensure content meets editorial standards, brand guidelines, and quality expectations.
• Continuously improve processes and tools to boost team efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project‑management experience, preferably in content marketing, publishing, or digital media.
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed environment.

Required skills

• Project‑management tools: Jira, Asana, Smartsheet.
• Microsoft Office suite, Teams, SharePoint.
• ERP/CRM platforms: Microsoft Dynamics (or similar).
• Editorial workflow and digital content production knowledge.
• Event‑management/webcasting platforms: Livestorm, StreamYard, ON24.
