Project Manager – Hybrid (Bogota, Colombia)

About the role

Quorum Software is seeking a Project Manager to join its Americas Professional Services team. Based in Bogota, you will work in a hybrid schedule, supporting clients across North and Latin America in the fast‑moving oil & gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex, global enterprise‑level projects from initiation to closure.
• Plan, scope, estimate costs, schedule resources, and design technical solutions.
• Conduct project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure quality control.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, correcting deviations to keep delivery on track.
• Coordinate multiple agile teams and integrate activities across business divisions.
• Implement people, process, and tool improvements to boost team efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering business‑oriented IT/software solutions in the oil & gas industry.
• Familiarity with upstream planning or economics is preferred.
• Strong ability to transition between hands‑on project execution and high‑level program strategy.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
