Project Manager

About the role

RWS is looking for a Project Manager to join its Transform division, supporting language delivery, technical services and quality assurance teams. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of translation and localization projects, acting as the main client liaison and ensuring high‑quality, on‑time results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle – planning, scheduling, budgeting and delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, handling expectations, requirements and regular status updates.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and ISO standards.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, providing teams with the tools and information needed to execute tasks.
• Handle project financials, including quotations, purchase orders, invoicing and profit‑and‑loss monitoring.
• Define and improve project workflows, conduct post‑mortems and implement corrective actions.
• Escalate critical issues and support forecasting, planning and account growth initiatives.

Required profile

• College degree or equivalent in Business, English, Foreign Language, Social or Applied Sciences, or a related field.
• Three to five years of hands‑on experience coordinating projects within the localization or translation industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes.
