Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager works under the direct supervision of a Program Manager and is a key member of the project team delivering localization and translation services. The role involves managing multiple client accounts, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time deliverables, and acting as the primary client contact for assigned projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting and delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling expectations, requirements and ongoing communication.
• Provide regular project status updates and ensure overall client satisfaction.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks to avoid delays or quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets and ISO standards.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, guaranteeing teams have the tools and information needed.
• Handle project financials such as quotations, purchase orders, invoicing and profitability monitoring.
• Define and implement project workflows, conduct post‑mortems and corrective actions.
• Escalate critical risks or client concerns when necessary and support account growth initiatives.

Required profile

• College degree or equivalent in Business, English, Foreign Language, Social or Applied Sciences, or a related field.
• Three to five years of hands‑on experience coordinating projects within the localization or translation industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver high‑quality results.
