Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join RWS Transform, the division that helps organisations accelerate digital transformation through language technology and AI‑driven solutions. Reporting to a Program Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of localisation projects, act as the main client contact and ensure high‑quality, on‑time results across multiple accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle – planning, scheduling, budgeting and delivery of localisation and translation initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling expectations, requirements and regular status communication.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, including Language Delivery, Technical Services and Quality Assurance teams.
• Monitor project financials – quotations, purchase orders, invoicing and profitability (P&L).
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and ISO standards.
• Define and improve project workflows, conduct post‑mortems and implement corrective actions.
• Support forecasting, account growth planning and the implementation of new initiatives.
• Oversee junior team members where applicable, allocating work and providing guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, English, Foreign Language, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Three to five years of hands‑on project coordination experience within the localisation or translation industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of ISO compliance requirements.
• Financial management of projects (quotations, PO, invoicing, P&L).
