Project Manager

About the role

Omnicom Global Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to connect cross‑functional teams, bring structure to processes and keep operations running smoothly in a fast‑paced advertising environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple workflows across Media, Finance, HR, Legal and Creative teams.
• Ensure time‑tracking compliance and operational consistency.
• Support vendor onboarding and manage documentation.
• Maintain accurate systems, reporting and data organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve and optimise processes.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in operations, project management or coordination.
• Background in advertising, media or marketing agencies is highly preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive mindset, strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, including interaction with senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
