Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to drive the delivery of clinical research studies on our cloud‑based platform. You will act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring study milestones are met while maintaining high data quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of a study, from start‑up to close‑out, ensuring timelines and objectives are achieved.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through project plans and addressing any issues that arise.
• Monitor data integrity, availability and confidentiality in line with information‑security policies.
• Identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies and ensure project integrity.
• Facilitate asynchronous communication and deep‑work practices within a remote‑first environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a high volume of lower‑complexity clinical studies.
• Strong consultative approach with the ability to influence and build client trust.
• Comfortable navigating shifting priorities, rapid change and undefined project parameters.
• Self‑starter who excels in remote collaboration and asynchronous communication.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of clinical trial processes and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
• Risk management and problem‑solving capabilities.
