Project Manager – LATAM SaaS Implementations

About the role

Orquest is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead SaaS implementations across Latin America. You will be the central point for project governance, client relationship management and delivery excellence, ensuring the AI‑driven retail solution is deployed on time, on scope and with measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and operate the project governance model, establishing communication channels and decision‑making forums with client stakeholders.
• Set clear expectations, negotiate scope and prevent creep while acting as a trusted advisor.
• Manage the end‑to‑end journey map from sales handover through discovery, data maturation and go‑live.
• Create realistic work plans based on technical complexity validated with Solutions Architects and product teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary internal teams, remove blockers and foster collaboration to meet commitments.
• Establish KPIs and activate a Voice‑of‑Customer program to monitor implementation health and value delivery.
• Proactively map risks, lead crisis communication and guide teams through high‑pressure situations.
• Ensure a seamless handover to Customer Success, delivering a trained and engaged client.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years managing complex SaaS implementations and global accounts.
• Proven ability to lead challenging client relationships and multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Degree in Project Management or equivalent experience in software project management.
• Professional fluency in Spanish, English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
