Project Manager – Lead Engineering Team

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead a team of engineers in designing, developing and delivering high‑quality solutions. The role combines strong technical expertise with leadership, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and evaluate a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines and deliverables.
• Drive best practices in software development, DevOps and agile processes (Scrum/Kanban).
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.
• Manage project plans, risks, budgets and technical challenges.
• Partner with HR and senior leadership to attract and retain top talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, solve problems and align engineering efforts with business objectives.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams in agile delivery models.
