Project Manager - Process Optimization & Automation

About the role

Carepod, a premium humidifier brand originally designed in Korea, operates across the U.S., Canada and Australia. It is looking for a results-driven Project Manager to streamline operations, improve internal processes and implement scalable solutions. The role focuses on process optimization, workflow automation and cross-functional project execution, working closely with AI & Automation Specialists and department leaders. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will also support larger business initiatives, product launches and cross-departmental projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks, map existing processes and lead process improvement initiatives from planning through implementation, defining objectives, timelines, deliverables and success metrics.
• Partner with AI & Automation Specialists to identify and prioritize automation opportunities, coordinate development, testing and rollout, and track outcomes such as time savings and error reduction.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, HR and other departments, monitor progress, identify risks and use project management tools to keep plans and status updates current.
• Support the Senior Project Manager on strategic initiatives, launches and cross-functional projects.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), standardize processes with department owners, and coordinate training and communication so teams adopt new workflows and systems.

Required profile

• 3-5+ years of experience in project management, operations, process improvement or systems implementation.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Experience developing SOPs, gathering requirements and coordinating system implementations.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal English, and ability to work independently with remote teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp or Notion.
• Understanding of workflow optimization, process mapping and operational efficiency.
