About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software delivery for our near‑shore teams operating remotely from Colombia. The role involves overseeing end‑to‑end project execution, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, manage and track project delivery across distributed Agile teams.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps and business teams to align objectives.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and status meetings.
- Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, and manage risks, issues, dependencies and action items.
- Prepare and present project status reports and stakeholder updates.
- Identify and resolve blockers to keep projects on track.
Required profile
- 8+ years of Project Management experience in IT or software development.
- Proven track record managing Agile projects and distributed teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.
