Project Manager – Remote

About the role

License & Scale is seeking a full‑time remote Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex projects across various industries. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely and quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, develop schedules, and allocate resources.
• Coordinate tasks among internal teams, expeditors, inspectors, and client stakeholders.
• Track milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Expedite materials, documentation, and approvals to keep projects on schedule.
• Align logistics, transportation, and delivery timelines with project requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare status reports.
• Support quality and inspection processes and drive continuous improvement of project management practices.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience with strong planning, scheduling, and risk management capabilities.
• Experience in expediting, inspection, and logistics management within industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure contexts.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple remote projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
