Project Manager – Service Delivery (Remote)

About the role

Command|Link is seeking a remote Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of telecom services for business customers. You will own each order from initiation through completion, eliminating internal handoffs and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the full delivery lifecycle for assigned orders, guaranteeing timely, high‑quality service rollout.
• Coordinate internal teams and contracted third‑party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules.
• Provide regular, clear updates to customers throughout the delivery process.
• Handle tasks such as ordering Internet circuits, managing Hosted VoIP projects, and overseeing number‑porting activities.
• Document dependencies and priorities to support efficient project execution.
• Apply hands‑on delivery expertise to drive successful outcomes for each project.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
• At least 5 years in service delivery or project management roles.
• Proven ability to manage third‑party resources and document project dependencies clearly.

Required skills

• VoIP implementation and management.
• SD‑WAN implementation.
• Internet circuit ordering with multiple carriers.
