Purchaser / E-commerce Marketplace Manager

About the role

Outsourcing Advantage is looking for a detail‑oriented Purchaser / E‑commerce Marketplace Manager to identify profitable wholesale electronics opportunities and run online retail operations across multiple marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyze international wholesale electronics offers and compare them with U.S. retail pricing.
• Source profitable brands and products for resale.
• Manage online stores on Shopify, Amazon, eBay and Walmart, creating and optimizing product listings.
• Monitor competitor pricing and adjust pricing strategies to maintain profitability.
• Track marketplace performance, account health, pricing trends and product performance.
• Generate regular reports and provide recommendations to improve margins.

Required profile

• Experience managing Shopify, Amazon and Walmart Marketplace accounts.
• Background in wholesale purchasing, product sourcing or procurement.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate product profitability.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and market research.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
