Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst

About the role

Kreato Global is looking for a remote Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to monitor and improve interpreter performance across its Over‑the‑Phone (OPI) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) services. You will ensure that interpretation sessions meet the company’s quality standards and provide actionable coaching to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor recorded OPI/VRI interpretation sessions and evaluate interpreter performance against established QA standards.
• Provide constructive coaching and performance feedback to interpreters.
• Identify quality trends, recommend process improvements, and ensure compliance with client and company standards.
• Prepare detailed QA reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Training teams to align quality initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in OPI or VRI interpretation.
• Previous QA experience in a BPO or language‑services environment is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Experience delivering coaching and feedback.
