Quality Manager – Regulatory Affairs (Cosmetics)

About the role

The Quality Manager will ensure that all cosmetics and skincare products marketed in the Andean Community meet local regulatory requirements. You will lead compliance processes, audits, and product release activities while supporting new product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee product compliance with local health authority regulations across Andean Community countries.
• Lead the Winning on Shelf process and manage internal and external audits.
• Release products to market from a quality perspective to ensure availability.
• Maintain the Quality Management System in line with corporate and local standards.
• Oversee pharmacovigilance, technovigilance, and incident management for cosmetic products.
• Support artwork approval for product claims and legal information.
• Coordinate with BSN Medical to secure documentation for portfolio registration.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (specialization preferred).
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Quality Manager, preferably in cosmetics or skincare.
• Strong leadership abilities and conversational English proficiency.
• Knowledge of regulatory affairs and experience with INVIMA.
• Familiarity with SAP is desirable.
