Quality Specialist II

About the role

The Quality Specialist II will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality systems, dashboards, and digital tools, integrating AI and machine learning to enhance efficiency and insight for business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Quality digital and AI roadmap, aligning initiatives with Worley’s overall digital strategy.
• Administer Quality digital systems, manage user access, provide first‑line support, and coordinate enhancements with IT teams.
• Develop and maintain standard Quality dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting workflows.
• Promote adoption of digital and AI tools across the Quality community, delivering training and maintaining knowledge repositories.

Required profile

• University degree with over 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong understanding of digital tools, data governance, and AI agents such as Copilot.
• Pragmatic, structured, process‑oriented mindset with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Power BI, PowerApps, SharePoint
• Python, APIs, data pipelines
• Experience with AI agents and automation tools
• Data analysis and reporting (Excel or similar)
