About the role
The RBS Dispatcher is responsible for managing the daily inspection workload, coordinating inspectors, and ensuring smooth operations within the branch. This role works closely with field supervisors, laboratory staff, and clients to maintain high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Dispatch inspection staff daily and monitor workload distribution.
- Collect, input, and forward data, paperwork, and samples to the office.
- Follow up with inspectors for updates to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update Operations Coordinators on job status frequently.
- Oversee timely submission of inspectors' timesheets and calibration records.
- Manage purchasing and ordering of inspection supplies.
- Support daily operations and comply with safety and reporting procedures.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum five years of relevant industry experience.
- Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and on‑call 24/7 rotation.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Capable of working independently with little supervision.
