About the role
The Real Time Analyst (RTA) at TaskUs monitors and manages real‑time operational performance for client contact centers. You will work closely with Operations and Workforce Management teams to ensure queue levels, schedule adherence, and forecast accuracy are maintained throughout the day.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor queue level performance and variance to forecast in real time.
- Report significant variations from forecast to Operations and WFM Management.
- Provide recommendations for addressing and responding to forecast variations.
- Monitor agent schedule adherence and report any significant issues promptly.
- Analyze variations to forecast and project impact for the remainder of the day.
- Compile and submit intraday reports with accuracy, timelines, and proactive action recommendations.
- Update schedules with real‑time attendance and exceptions, and approve/recommend alternatives for schedule exception requests.
