About the role

As a Receiving Clerk at Hilton, you will support the hotel's procurement operations and help create memorable guest experiences by ensuring the right supplies are available at the right time.

Key responsibilities

Assist with purchasing materials and supplies, researching prices and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies.
Accept and verify deliveries against purchase orders, invoices and specifications.
Issue and deliver items to departments, maintain stock levels and alert supervisors of low or out‑of‑stock items.
Receive and process invoices, verify accuracy, scan documents and follow up on discrepancies.
Conduct routine inventories, input received merchandise into tracking systems and report shortages.
