About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to support a key client in the services sector. The role involves sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the hiring process while delivering a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound recruiting calls to identify and attract top talent.
• Manage inbound referrals and inquiries, converting them into interview opportunities.
• Conduct phone screenings and candidate interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews throughout the hiring process.
• Participate in recruiting events and job fairs.
• Maintain accurate candidate documentation and personnel records.
• Provide administrative support and perform other recruiting‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or telemarketing.
• Experience in healthcare, technology, or administrative recruiting is a plus.
• Strong competitive mindset and results orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
