About the role

Join Integrated Resources' recruitment team in Barranquilla and help streamline talent acquisition for U.S. healthcare and manufacturing clients. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the hiring process while ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for U.S. healthcare and manufacturing roles.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Support candidates through onboarding and negotiate salaries.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for U.S. clients is a plus.
• English level B2 with strong communication, organization, and follow‑up skills.
• Passion for recruitment and connecting people with opportunities.
