Recruiter – Remote for Law Firm

About the role

We are a fast‑growing law firm looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our remote team. You will be the driving force behind attracting top‑tier talent across the United States and internationally, helping shape our culture and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates on platforms such as JazzHR, Indeed, LinkedIn and others.
• Engage candidates via messaging, calls and emails to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with the Managing Recruiter to prioritize openings and track progress.
• Maintain the ATS with accurate data and coordinate interview schedules.
• Provide candidates with timely updates, feedback and manage offers, background checks and onboarding.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of full‑cycle recruiting experience for U.S. and international roles, preferably in white‑collar positions.
• Fluent English (C2 level) with polished written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• High emotional intelligence, curiosity and a growth mindset.
