Recruiter – Remote, US EST Schedule

About the role

Job Duck is seeking a highly organized Recruiter to join its remote team. You will act as the bridge between top talent and US‑based clients, ensuring smooth, timely placements while maintaining a high level of candidate and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Verify candidate start dates and coordinate hand‑offs to Account Managers.
• Attend daily huddles, weekly meetings, and L10 sessions.
• Receive, edit, and update job requisitions in Workday.
• Analyze candidate profiles for suitability and alignment with client needs.
• Coordinate multi‑candidate interviews and manage interview schedules.
• Communicate with candidates via email and WhatsApp, keeping them engaged throughout the process.
• Send candidate matches to clients through Zendesk and follow up on assessments.
• Maintain accurate records in internal databases and Workday.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with analytical, data‑driven approach.
