Recruiter – Talent Acquisition for LATAM

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our growing team and help connect top talent across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will work in a multicultural, hybrid environment, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of hard‑to‑fill positions.

Key responsibilities

• Post and manage job openings on multiple platforms.
• Screen CVs, conduct pre‑screening interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and manage reference/background checks.
• Assist with onboarding and provide administrative support to the HR and Recruitment team.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related HR field.
• 2‑4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in agencies, BPOs, or consulting.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates via social media and recruitment platforms.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher and proven LATAM recruitment experience.
• Strong attention to detail and interest in recruitment and onboarding processes.
