Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. The successful candidate will use advanced English communication skills to source, assess, and match candidates with client requirements in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other platforms.
• Respond promptly to candidates via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email and job applications.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Match candidates to client job requirements and maintain ongoing communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow‑ups between clients and applicants.
• Keep candidate databases and recruitment pipelines up to date.

Required profile

• Advanced or native‑level English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and make sound judgments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
• Competence in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with basic recruiting tools.
