Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Recruiter to support our hiring efforts. The role will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates through job boards, social platforms, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Post job openings and manage recruitment platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Support onboarding documentation and processes.
• Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving capability.
• Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Experience using recruitment tools and platforms.
