About the role
As a Talent Operations Coordinator you will serve as the primary bridge between technology, processes, and the people who use them. You will support hiring teams, manage the recruiting engine room, and continuously look for ways to improve workflows and impact.
Key responsibilities
- Answer support tickets from hiring managers, job requesters, and recruiters regarding technical issues in the talent tech stack.
- Lead training sessions for recruiters on new tools and strategic initiatives.
- Run reports from the ATS and other platforms to deliver insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
- Maintain and update documentation, decks, and spreadsheets related to processes and systems.
- Identify improvement opportunities, create project plans, and drive implementation of new initiatives.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in recruiting or recruiting operations.
- Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to spot opportunities, design project plans, and execute them.
Required skills
- Experience with Greenhouse (preferred).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides).
- Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Asana, Notion, or Jira.
