Recruitment Consultant – Remote (Tech & Corporate)

About the role

We are a rapidly growing specialist recruitment agency focusing on technology and corporate sectors in North America. As a remote Recruitment Consultant you will manage full‑cycle recruitment, business development and client relationships for the NA market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients across the American tech and corporate landscape.
• Build long‑term relationships with hiring managers, take detailed job briefs and act as a trusted talent advisor.
• Source, headhunt and screen high‑calibre candidates using advanced recruitment technology.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from client pitch to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain market mapping of industry trends, talent movements and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a 360‑degree agency recruitment role, preferably in Technology, IT or Corporate sectors.
• Demonstrated success in business development and client management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with commercial acumen.
• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.
