Recruitment Coordinator – Caregiver Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to support our caregiver hiring efforts. You will act as the main point of contact for candidates, schedule interviews, and help build a reliable talent pipeline for our growing client base.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen caregiver candidates according to hiring requirements.
• Conduct initial outreach and pre‑screening calls.
• Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of active candidates and a bench of qualified caregivers for future openings.
• Track candidate progress throughout the recruiting process and keep records up to date.
• Provide administrative support to the recruiting team as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, HR, staffing, or talent acquisition.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone and handling multiple priorities.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to follow established processes.
