Recruitment Supervisor

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Recruitment Supervisor to lead end‑to‑end hiring for multiple tracks in its Bogota office. You will oversee a team of recruiters, ensure timely delivery of hiring requirements, and act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, from job posting to offer generation and contract creation.
• Screen candidates, conduct behavioral interviews, and present top talent to hiring managers.
• Facilitate manager calibrations, client‑specific testing, and hand‑off processes to HR and Operations.
• Hold accountability for team headcount targets, track productivity metrics, and resolve recruiter‑related challenges.
• Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, succession planning, and mentor new team members.
• Manage team shift schedules, attendance approvals, and task delegation.
• Provide strategic advisory for assigned hiring verticals and attend kickoff meetings.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and resolve first‑level escalations.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, maintain data integrity, and support audits.
• Deliver regular hiring updates and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment and talent acquisition operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a recruitment team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Track record of meeting headcount and productivity targets.
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance, reporting, and audit processes.
