Regional Business & Program Development Associate – LatAm

About the role

The Regional Business & Program Development Associate will help identify, design, and launch new training and employment programs in high‑growth sectors across Latin America, starting with Colombia. You will conduct labour‑market research, gather employer and learner insights, and support evidence‑based program concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct labour‑market research, analyse industry growth, hiring demand and role‑level data to identify program opportunities.
• Synthesize findings into insights and recommendations for country and regional teams, preparing market scans and presentations.
• Engage with employers to collect demand signals through interviews, surveys and desk research, and record insights in Salesforce.
• Support activity‑mapping and role‑analysis with curriculum teams, contributing to skill and competency definitions.
• Develop evidence‑based business cases by analysing market, employer, learner and operational data, and create briefing materials for senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in research, consulting, strategy, business analysis or program development.
• Experience conducting market research, data analysis and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
• Exposure to employer engagement, workforce development or social‑impact programmes is a plus.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders, manage ambiguity and collaborate with multicultural teams.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is desirable.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Familiarity with labour‑market intelligence platforms (e.g., AI Job Market Agent, TalentNeuron, LinkedIn Talent Insights) and survey tools.
