Regional Client Management Executive

About the role

American Express Global Business Travel (GBT) is seeking a dynamic Regional Client Management Executive to join its business development team in Colombia. The role focuses on driving high‑growth sales, retaining existing clients, and expanding the client base across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a client strategy that aligns with GBT’s revenue and profit objectives.
• Retain and grow current accounts through analysis, superior service, innovative solutions, and savings programs.
• Design tailored solutions for C‑Suite executives, travel arrangers, and travelers.
• Provide industry insights, benchmarking data, and actionable recommendations.
• Establish new C‑Suite relationships and maintain influence across multiple organizational levels.

Required profile

• Resourceful and solution‑oriented.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience.
• At least 2 years of proven client management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, cold‑call, pitch, and close deals.
• Strong financial acumen with understanding of P&L drivers.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
