Regional Senior Medical Manager Oncology LATAM

About the role

The Regional Senior Medical Manager Oncology LATAM will lead medical affairs strategy across Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil, aligning with global initiatives and driving data‑generation activities for oncology products.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with global and local Medical Affairs teams to ensure local needs inform the worldwide medical affairs strategy.
• Develop and execute regional medical affairs initiatives, including data generation studies and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead the execution of study protocols as the responsible physician, adhering to SOPs and compliance standards.
• Partner with the Integrated Business and Value Team (IBVT) to shape brand and business strategy based on scientific evidence.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Medical Affairs.
• Deep scientific knowledge of oncology drug development, clinical epidemiology, and real‑world evidence.
• Proven ability to work in matrix environments and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in English and strong communication and presentation skills.
