Regulatory Compliance Specialist (Lawyer)

About the role

Join Addi’s fast‑growing fintech team as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and institutionalising the compliance monitoring framework that safeguards Addi’s banking and commerce operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain Addi CF’s compliance monitoring framework, including control testing, SFC regulatory engagement, normative analysis, and the ethics programme.
• Execute the Phase 0 monitoring and control‑testing plan across SARLAFT and SAC risk‑management systems, delivering timely periodic reports.
• Manage low‑to‑medium complexity SFC requirements in SIRI, ensuring 100 % of responses meet regulatory deadlines, even during management transitions.
• Lead regulatory tracking and update the normative matrix so that all new regulations are incorporated before their effective dates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed compliance controls into business processes and maintain structural resilience.

Required profile

• Legal qualification (law degree or equivalent) with experience in financial regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with regulators and internal teams.
