Remote Accountant – NetSuite & High‑Volume Reconciliations

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Accountant to join our remote finance team. This high‑volume, high‑precision position focuses on cash and bank reconciliations across more than 100 bank accounts, intercompany transactions, and support for fixed assets and inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash transactions, daily bank feeds, and reconciliations for 100+ bank accounts in NetSuite.
• Record intercompany and other high‑volume transactions using bulk import files.
• Execute month‑end close procedures for cash, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and inventory.
• Maintain fixed‑asset records (additions, disposals, depreciation) and inventory entries.
• Support accounts receivable, accounts payable, expense management (Brex), and financial reporting as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements using AI tools and automation.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of accounting experience with a strong technical accounting foundation.
• Hands‑on expertise in NetSuite, especially for high‑volume bank reconciliations and cash management.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize under pressure, and adapt in a fast‑moving environment.
