Remote AI Trainer – Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a fully remote AI training program. As an AI Trainer you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate the quality of responses and create coding challenges that help improve the underlying models. The work is asynchronous and flexible, allowing you to contribute up to 40 hours per week based on project availability.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test model capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift or Rust.
