Remote Android Developer – AI Code Review & Training

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Android Developer to join a paid AI training program across Latin America. In this flexible, asynchronous role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the performance of AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code written by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses across dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive, and structured written feedback to improve AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience – junior, mid‑level, or senior candidates are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Legally authorised to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
