Remote Appointment Setter (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, sales‑oriented Appointment Setter to join our remote team. You will engage inbound leads through chat, qualify prospects and move conversations toward booked appointments or offers, working alongside AI‑assisted messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads via chat and messaging platforms, aiming for response times under 30 seconds.
• Build rapport with prospects and guide conversations toward appointments or offers.
• Qualify leads, identify opportunities and follow up as needed.
• Monitor AI‑assisted conversations and intervene with a human touch when required.
• Manage multiple simultaneous chats while maintaining high‑quality communication.
• Collaborate with the team to improve messaging, conversion rates and customer experience.

Required profile

• Based in Latin America and available to work 40 hours per week during PST or EST business hours.
• Strong written English with excellent grammar.
• Highly responsive, able to stay online throughout working hours.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote‑work setup.

Required skills

• Experience in appointment setting, sales, lead generation or customer support (preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and messaging platforms.
• Comfortable using AI tools and adapting to new technologies.
