Remote Appointment Setter – Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Appointment Setter to join our fast‑growing technology company. In this outbound sales role you will contact prospective home‑service businesses, generate interest in our AI‑driven solutions, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls each day to potential customers.
• Introduce our software, automation and AI products and spark interest.
• Qualify leads and book appointments for senior sales representatives.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email and CRM tools.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly activity and appointment‑setting targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound calling, cold calling, telemarketing or appointment setting.
• Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone and handling objections professionally.
• Strong verbal communication, self‑motivation, organization and results‑driven attitude.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a professional remote work environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Close.io.
